We've done it! We have a cat! She is a sweet little 3 month old shelter cat. She and Madelyn already seem to be friends. We are working on the dogs. We are not sure of a name, but would like your input. For those not familiar with the Swedish children's book, does Findus sound like a girl's name? If not, what suggestions do you have?

You got a cat!!!!! How cute!! The kids are so excited to meet her - as am I.
Gotta tell you. Remember the liter of kittens you saw when you were here? Well that mother cat had a daughter from two years ago that just laid down beside her one day and gave birth to two kittens. It is so precious. There are about three to four weeks between the liters.
