Welcome Caleb James Kitchens

I have not posted in a while. Caleb was born Oct 26th 2010 at 11:53 am. He was 6lb 13 oz and 21 inches long. He came out screaming and did not stop for a good 20 minutes. He lost a lot of weight the first days of his life and went down to about 6 lbs. He now is about 7lb 3 oz at 3 weeks. He is doing very well. Madelyn is adjusting to her new brother. Here are a few pictures.

St. Jude Festival

We took Madelyn to the St. Jude Festival tonight, which she loved. She got to play games and ride rides. She won cupcakes at the cake wheel.

I love to put Madelyn hair up but she usually takes it out after 10 minutes. But doesn't she look so cute?

Holiday World

Rob and I took Madelyn to Holiday World at the beginning of the summer. She loved the waterpark area, but we did not get any photos of those. However, we did get some pictures of her riding the rides which she loved. We got there around 10 and left around 6 with no nap. Once we got in the care, she was asleep within 5 minutes.

Caleb Room

Madelyn loves to play in Caleb room. This is a picture from the beginning of the summer when we were cleaning out all of the closets trying to move everything around so he can have a room. His room is basicly done now. We have the crib up and most of the items in his room. We just need to put up some decorations on the wall. I will post a picture later. Now she uses his room for her babies.

Madelyn enjoys talking to the baby and always calls the baby her baby sister. She loves playing with baby dolls and she loves the babies at daycare.

Hello Again

I don't know how many people actually look at this blog anymore. We post alot of pictures on facebook I think there are some people that don't have facebook. So I thought I would post an update for the people that don't know. I am pregnant!!!! We are expecting our new little baby Oct 26. We find out the sex at the end of May or beginning of June. I will update more later.

I finally can put her hair in a pony tail and she kept it in for a while.

Madelyn is doing very well. She amazes us everyday. She can count to ten in both english and spanish. She can say her abc and sing some songs. She loves going to gymnastics every Saturday, which we could not go this week because she had a fever. She is a very happy and good little girl.

Santa gave Madelyn a Kitchen, which she loved. She got a baby from Nana and Paw Paw, which she carries everywhere. We got to see many people over break. Here is a few pictures.

Don't know where to start.

I havent posted in forever. Madelyn talking has really improved in the past few weeks. She will say sentences and can repeat alot of the words we say. She can home one day said I am hungry. I want dinner. We then asked her what she wanted and she said Pasta. We had a great christmas and a wondeful christmas break. Here is a piture that we took today of her new outfit with boots.
