Sorry we have not posted in awhile. Madelyn has really grown in the past month. We have a bunch of pictures that we will post. The things that Madelyn are doing now is standing on her own for up to 30 seconds, walking while holding onto things, saying dada, and clapping.

Final update

Madelyn started really crawling around 6 months. She is all over the place now. She will also push her self up to a standing position. She is sitting up on her own now. Here is a couple picture of her crawling. She also started to get her first tooth yesterday.

We took her to get her first pumpkin on Saturday. We rode a on a wagon to the pumpkin patch. The first picture was us waiting for the wagon. The other two pictures are of Madelyn playing with Mommy's face.

6 Months Old!!!!

Madelyn was 6 months old on Sunday. We took her for her 6 month appointment. She weighed 15 lbs 3 oz and was 27.5 inches long. She is in the 40th percentile for weight, but 90th percentile for height. She is doing very well. She is now actually crawling and is on the move all the time. She has started to push herself up to her knees and sometimes to a stand up position. We took her to the park on Saturday, which she loved. We will post pictures later this week.

This is the scene some nights when Madelyn isn't quite asleep. She has learned that if she pushes the bumper down she can look down the hall.

Could there be any better image than this? Nothing beats Madelyn's smile. She has this uncanny ability to brighten even the most stressful of days.

New Driveway!

We finally got the driveway paved! I love the way that it looks and am ready to do some landscaping around it!

Madelyn loves to play on her tummy. We lay her on her back and she flips to her tummy in a few seconds.

Rob left my calculator on the floor. Madelyn and I were playing on the floor this afternoon. She made her way over to get the calculator. She is trying to crawl, but has not master that skill yet. She really enjoyed playing the calculator. She finally got tired of the playing with it and flipped it over and started to chew on the cover.
